Wicaksono Abdul Salam, better known by his stage name Roy Marten, is an Indonesian actor.
Marten was born as Wicaksono Abdul Salam in Salatiga, Central Java, on 1 March 1952. He began his acting career in 1974 with the film Bobby. He achieved fame with his starring role in Cintaku di Kampus Biru, a 1976 film based on the novel by Ashari Siregar. Among his more notable roles from the time are as the lead actor of Teguh Karya's 1977 film Badai Pasti Berlalu (The Storm Will Surely Pass). By the end of the 1970s, he was one of the five highest paid actors in Indonesia.
In 2010, after his release from prison, Marten played in Selimut Berdarah. In 2012 he played mob boss Sonny Wibisono in Dilema (Dilemma), directed by four directors in collaboration.
