Buletin Siang is the 1st noon newscast ever produced by an Indonesian private television station it was launched on 24 August 1993 on privately owned RCTI private television station in Indonesia, Buletin Siang was also carried by RCTI's then sister station SCTV and Indosiar.
On 9 February 2009, Seputar Indonesia was revived and is the only news program on RCTI, now called Satu Seputar Indonesia. The morning news program, Nuansa Pagi was renamed Seputar Indonesia Pagi. The afternoon news program, Buletin Siang renamed Seputar Indonesia Siang. The late night news program, Buletin Malam was renamed Seputar Indonesia Malam. The main evening edition retained the Seputar Indonesia name due to the historical context.
It was also broadcast by SCTV, before it was succeeded by Liputan 6 Siang and on Indosiar before it was succeeded by Fokus Siang.
Since Buletin Siang once on the air,Buletin siang logos is used with Purple Square and Word BULETIN SIANG with Orange circle and narrow Triangle by the logos is used on 24 August 1993 until 5 November 2000.
On 6 November 2000, the Buletin Siang Logos isn't Used logos with purple square and now the logos was used with blue circle and white circle inside and was used from 24 August 1993 logo now with blue narrow triangle by the logos was used until 31 October 2001.
On 1 November 2001, the Buletin Siang logos was used from 2000 logos with 3D Graphics by the logos was used until 23 August 2006.
On 24 August 2006, the logos becomes as Seputar Indonesia Logos was introduced on 24 August 2006 until 9 February 2009.
